Qualifications

• Passion for customer satisfaction with prior experience a strong asset.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in interactive customer service environment preferred.
• Experience in food or retail industry considered an asset.
• Strong written and spoken communication, including typing and grammar.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
• PC literacy and basic system navigation.
• Positive, empathetic, professional communication.
• Tactful and diplomatic in customer interactions.
• Ability to handle complex inquiries and follow company policies.
• Able to work all required shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class service by assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment when recommending appropriate solutions.
• Respond to inquiries/complaints with due attention to customer care and a professional approach at all times.
• Respond to complex customer inquiries and complaints in a highly informed, accurate and responsible manner in accordance with resources provided.
• Accurately complete appropriate documentation for each interaction, and input data for call history, messages to third parties, and initiate customer fulfillment.
• Remain current on program and product information by being committed to continuous learning.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data legislation and service guidelines.
