RCBC in Biñan LIIP seeks a leader to oversee the Business Center as a servicing channel, ensuring policy compliance with BSP/AMLA rules and driving excellent customer service to achieve total branch profitability.

You will head ATM services, manage risk, and guide a team to deliver accurate, timely service while promoting deposit growth and product revenue through cross-selling initiatives. A strong background in banking operations and supervisory experience is required.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in business or service-industry oriented course.
• 5+ years of work experience in branch banking operations with supervisory capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the overall ATM services of the BC, ensuring ATM availability and cash levels.
• Ensures BC compliance to regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and executes service tasks to increase deposits, fees, and revenues from bank products; cross-sell referrals.
• Manages risk to eliminate errors, lapses, irregularities that could lead to reputational, monetary, or financial losses.
• Ensures BC personnel provide excellent service with fast turnaround and error-free processing within guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Leads by example and acts as a role model to subordinates.
