RCBC is seeking a branch operations professional based in Pasay to support the Service Manager in managing vault/ATM cash level, tellering, and branch processes. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AML regulations and internal policies while driving excellent customer service and service-related initiatives for total client satisfaction.

• 4-year degree or equivalent in business or service field.
• Experience with bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the Service Manager in branch operations focusing on vault/ATM cash and tellering.
• Ensures BC compliance to regulatory and internal policies.
• Analyzes tasks to increase deposits, fees and revenues through cross-selling.
• Manages risk to avoid reputational and financial losses.
• Supports Service Manager in achieving service standards: fast turnaround and accuracy.
• Oversees productivity and administrative matters within guidelines and budgets.
• Coaches and mentors Service Associates for proper training.
