Job summary

RCBC is seeking an Operations Manager for the Business Center serving as the primary channel for customer service and branch performance. You will ensure strict adherence to bank policies, AMLA/BSP rules, and internal procedures while supporting business objectives through service excellence and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a 4-year degree in business or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Five years’ supervisory experience in banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall ATM services and cash availability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Drive deposits, fees, and revenue through product cross-selling.
• Manage risk to avoid errors and losses.
• Ensure staff deliver excellent service with efficiency and accuracy.
