Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the overall sales and operational performance of a designated branch. You will drive sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and BTL marketing activities.

You will lead branch teams, analyze market opportunities, ensure policy compliance, and deliver excellent customer service while pursuing continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve branch targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and allocates marketing resources.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities and customer experience.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Monitors market and price competitiveness through regular checks.
