Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily sales and operations of a designated motorcycle branch. You will drive achievement of sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Lead the branch team, monitor performance, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, manage inventory, and coordinate marketing activities to sustain competitiveness and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales or branch operations, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve branch targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units by monitoring performance and executing activities.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation, liquidation, and utilization of resources.
• Ensures proper implementation of promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities and improve service.
