Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations at an assigned branch. You will drive sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective strategies and customer engagement, while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

You will lead a branch team, monitor performance, and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve branch sales targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales, parts, and repossessed units by monitoring performance and executing activities.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities and customer experience.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions in coordination with other departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to identify opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets, ensuring proper control and availability.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance, concerns, and action plans.
• Prepares evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
