Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the branch's sales and operations, driving motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit performance through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. This role focuses on leadership, process discipline, and delivering excellent service within regulatory requirements.

You will monitor productivity, manage resources, and coordinate promotions while coaching staff to achieve KPIs and continually improve the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle retail, or financial services is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieves branch targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units by monitoring KPIs.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, resource utilization, and documentation.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize sales and customer experience.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Performs market monitoring, price checks, and competitive analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets, ensuring proper control and availability.
• Leads and coaches branch staff, conducts meetings, and evaluates performance.
