Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee the branch's sales and operations, driving motorcycle and parts sales and leading customer engagement initiatives. You will implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in sales or branch operations, willingness to travel within assigned areas, and the ability to coach staff toward targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales or branch operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycle sales, parts, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors marketing activities and utilization of marketing resources.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and conversion to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Performs market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets for proper control and availability.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support to boost productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance, concerns, and improvement actions.
• Prepares evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs and standards.
• Aids in developing employees and identifying potential successors for continuity.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
