Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation's Branch Supervisor role oversees the branch's sales and operations, driving targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective strategies and customer engagement.

You will monitor productivity, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, and lead the branch team with coaching to deliver excellent service and continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and meet branch targets.
• Achieve targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units.
• Coordinate and monitor branch marketing activities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure implementation of promotions, marketing programs, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns related to sales and promotions.
• Conduct market monitoring, competitor checks, and price analysis to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch inventory including motorcycles and parts for proper control.
• Lead and coach branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular branch meetings to review sales performance and plan improvements.
• Prepare performance evaluations and recognize employees based on KPIs.
