Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycle, parts, and repossessed units through sales activities.
• Coordinates branch marketing, documentation, and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Performs market monitoring, competitor checks, and price analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets for proper control.
• Leads and coaches branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings and prepares performance evaluations.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
