Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee the sales and operations of an assigned branch, driving performance for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies.

You will lead the branch team, monitor productivity, manage resources, coordinate marketing activities, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver excellent customer service while pursuing continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve assigned branch sales targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring sales performance indicators.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation and utilization of marketing resources.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities and improve service.
• Leads and motivates branch personnel through coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Performs regular branch meetings and reviews KPIs to drive improvement.
