Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee the sales and operations of an assigned branch, driving motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit performance through effective sales strategies and BT L marketing initiatives.

You will monitor productivity, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, lead a branch team, and pursue continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining branch competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement branch sales strategies and BT L marketing activities to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieve branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinate and monitor branch marketing activities and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitor customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities and satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular market monitoring, price comparisons, and competitive analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations at the branch.
• Monitor branch inventory including motorcycles, parts, and other assets.
• Lead and motivate staff through coaching and development to improve productivity.
• Hold regular branch meetings to review performance and action plans.
• Prepare performance evaluations and recognize employees based on KPIs.
• Assist in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
