Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the sales and operations of an assigned branch in Iloilo. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies and strong customer engagement.

You will monitor productivity, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, analyze market opportunities, and lead the team to deliver excellent service and continuous improvement. This role may require travel within the area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTl marketing to generate leads.
• Achieves targets for motorcycle, parts, and repossessed units through monitoring.
• Coordinates branch marketing activities and uses allocated resources effectively.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversion to maximize sales opportunities.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Conducts regular market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory including motorcycles and parts; ensures availability.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and performance feedback.
• Conducts regular branch meetings and prepares performance evaluations.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying successors.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
