Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee branch sales and operations. You will drive performance of motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and BT L marketing, while ensuring excellent customer service and process compliance.

You will coach the branch team, monitor performance, manage resources, and coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Automotive, motorcycle, retail or financial services exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieves branch targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through monitoring and execution.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource usage.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to optimize sales and customer experience.
• Resolves sales-related customer concerns with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets; ensures availability and control.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support to boost performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to review performance and plan improvements.
• Prepares evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees per KPIs.
• Supports talent development and succession planning.
• Performs other tasks as needed by company officials.
