Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee sales and operations at an assigned branch. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective sales strategies, BTL marketing, and strong customer engagement.

You will monitor productivity, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, analyze market opportunities, and lead a team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, management or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Performs market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Monitors branch inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support to improve performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance and action plans.
• Prepares evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees by KPI standards.
• Assists in talent development and succession planning.
• Performs other tasks as needed by company officials.
