Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations for an assigned branch in the Philippines. The role focuses on achieving targets across motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and BT L marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will guide the branch team, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer service while driving continuous business improvement and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conducts regular market monitoring and price comparisons to stay competitive.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards and regulations.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets, ensuring control and availability.
• Leads and coaches branch personnel to improve productivity and performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance and action plans.
