Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is looking for a Branch Supervisor in the Philippines. You will oversee sales and operations at the assigned branch, drive motorcycle and parts sales, and manage repossessed units through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and BTL activities.

You will lead the team, monitor performance, ensure policy compliance, and pursue continuous improvement while maintaining excellent customer service across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales, branch operations or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales, parts, and repossessed units via monitoring.
• Coordinates branch marketing activities and proper resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to improve customer experience.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, price checks, and competitive analysis.
