Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operational performance of an assigned branch in the Philippines. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies, customer engagement, and BTL marketing.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, managing resources, ensuring policy compliance, and leading a branch team toward continuous business improvement and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
