Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations at an assigned Philippine branch. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies and BTL marketing, while managing resources and ensuring compliance.

You will lead the branch team to deliver superior customer service, monitor performance, and pursue continuous business improvement through coaching and daily meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieves branch targets for motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units through sales activity.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing, proper documentation, liquidation, and utilization of marketing resources.
• Ensures promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions in coordination with departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to identify opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory including motorcycles and parts.
• Leads and motivates branch personnel with coaching and performance feedback.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss sales, operations, action plans, and improvements.
• Prepares performance evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
