Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Sales Officer to drive sales strategies and meet business deliverables in the assigned market. You will match client needs with our banking products and services through proactive field activities and relationship management.

Responsibilities include visiting clients, cross-selling with partner units, profiling prospects, and expanding the customer base while maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships. Prior branch sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry; branch sales experience preferred.
• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive stance relative to competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits to maximize and expand business prospects.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects by assessing their financial status and capabilities to address needs effectively.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products and services as solutions.
