Qualifications

• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry.
• Branch Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Must be comfortable in doing fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proactive stance in relation to competition, market conditions, and external factors.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits and reviews to expand business prospects.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units to achieve cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects to address client needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new to bank customers by presenting bank products and services as solutions to clients’ needs.
