• Maintains a proactive stance to address competition and market changes to maximize opportunities.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits to expand business prospects.
• Establishes synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects through objective assessment of financial status to meet client needs.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting products and services to grow the customer base.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
