Qualifications

• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry.
• Branch sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Must be comfortable in doing fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive stance on competition and market conditions to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Build stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and reviews.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Profile prospects by assessing their financial status to address needs.
• Solicit new to bank customers by presenting bank products as solutions.
