Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven dealer recruitment lead to expand and strengthen the network.

You will recruit and onboard dealers, drive growth by increasing network reach, and build strong relationships through regular engagement and support to ensure dealer success. With KPI monitoring and a focus on achieving sales targets, you will monitor performance and coach teams while leveraging MS Office tools for reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or related field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
