Job summary
Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding and strengthening the network for PCDSI.
You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers, foster strong dealer relationships, and oversee onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success while monitoring KPIs to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Graduates of any 4-year course; undergraduates (2+ years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
- Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
- Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
- Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
- Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
- Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
