Qualifications

• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management
• Must be comfortable in doing fieldwork and client mapping activities

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive stance addressing threats and leveraging strengths.
• Builds relationships with existing customers thru regular visits to grow business.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects to match financial status with suitable products.
• Solicits new to bank customers by presenting bank products as solutions to clients' needs.
