Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience leading a sales team and selling bank products.
• Strong people management, training and communication skills.
• Adequate credit knowledge and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulates branch sales strategies and directs implementation to hit targets.
• Ensure the sales teams generate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Monitor sales and credit performance; take action on variances.
• Validate and approve credit recommendations within limits to maintain quality.
• Implement training and recognition programs for the team.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, audits and procedures.
