Job summary

The successful candidate will assist in achieving sales targets, coordinating policy education, and managing field activities to retain customers while ensuring efficient administration. A valid driver's license is preferred for field duties.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to perform field works and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in marketing, sales and collection within banking/financing industries.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in banking/financing industries is required.
• Strong understanding of remedial account process.
• Ability to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Head in managing overall branch activities including sales, collection management, targets, policy education, and administration.
• Lead branch operations in the Branch Head's absence.
• Handle collection processes in the absence of the Business Advisor.
• Identify potential leads for products/services in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field activities to retain customers by addressing needs and resolving issues quickly.
• Implement approved sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Develop strategies to avoid overdue accounts and improve collections.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Serve as point of contact for internal transactions with Head Office in the Branch Head/Administrative Head's absence.
