Job summary

Responsibilities

• Formulates branch sales strategies and directs implementation for sales teams to hit targets.
• Ensures sales teams generate adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Monitors sales, credit and collection performance against targets and acts on variances.
• Validates and approves credit recommendations of Account Officers to conform with limits and maintain credit quality.
• Implements training and recognition programs; enforces policies and procedures.
• Ensures adherence to bank, audit and operating procedures and requirements.
• Provides Area Head with information on new markets, products and customer data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
