Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Sales Officer to drive business results through tactical sales rollout and client needs matching with our banking products and services.

You will perform fieldwork, acquire new clients, manage relationships, and collaborate with partner units to cross-sell solutions, strengthening the bank's market presence in Metro Manila and Muntinlupa area.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry.
• Branch sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience doing field work.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive and firm business stance in relation to industry competition, market conditions, and external factors so threats are addressed and strengths and opportunities are maximized.
• Builds stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and review of their financial condition to maximize and expand business prospects.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups through active collaboration, resulting in successful cross-sells.
• Employs accurate profiling of prospects through objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities.
• Solicits new to bank customers by presenting the bank's products and services as solutions to clients' needs.
