Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry; Branch Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive and firm business stance against competition, market conditions and external factors.
• Builds stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and reviews of their financial status.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units through active collaboration for cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects through objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products and services as solutions.
