The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, including field work and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years of strong sales experience in any industry; branch sales experience preferred.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Willing to be mobile and assigned to any branches within the region.
• Resilient and has a go-getter attitude.

Responsabilités

• Drives sales by tactically rolling out strategies to achieve business deliverables.
• Addresses banking requirements by matching client needs with Security Bank’s products and services.
• Builds relationships with customers through regular visits and reviews of their financial condition.
• Collaborates with partner units to enable cross-sells and synergy.
• Conducts accurate prospect profiling to address clients’ needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products and services as solutions.
