Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, and other over-the-counter tasks as per Branch Operations Manual.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving branch service standards through fast, accurate processing.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly, including complex cases when needed.
