Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking a Service Manager for Metro Manila North on site. You will run store operations, ensure strong customer service, comply with AMLC and regulatory rules, and help meet profitability goals.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course.
• With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations.
• Preferably Assistant Managers from another bank with the same experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions, updating customer information, issuing manager's checks, and managing remittances.
• Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority; ensure policies compliance, manage time deposits, and aim for excellent customer experiences with efficient processing and error management.
• Ensure prompt acknowledgment, logging, reporting, and resolution of complaints, and verify the complaint tracking register with all necessary information.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily store transactions based on Teller totals and documents; manage temporary accounts and reconcile General Ledger balances.
• Assist in achieving Store's profitability target.
