CBS China Bank Savings - Branch in Gerona is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring policy adherence and strong internal controls while supporting marketing through cross-selling bank products. The role requires an experienced banking professional who can supervise staff, manage cash and deposits, and drive service quality and compliance.

You will contribute to branch growth through people development and efficient administrative practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate (4-year course, preferably business).
• At least 5 years of experience in branch banking operations with exposure to new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
