Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
• Strong understanding of cash handling, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to guide teams and influence client engagement through effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all branch activities
• Guide and support branch staff to consistently deliver accurate, efficient, and client-focused service
• Drive product awareness and cross-selling by helping the team confidently position bank offerings to clients
• Coordinate with branches and support units to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues
