China Bank Group Cebu-SM Seaside City Branch seeks a Branch Head to provide strategic direction and hands-on management, driving growth, service excellence, and compliance. You will lead a committed team toward delivering superior customer experiences while upholding BSP standards.

You will translate corporate strategy into actionable branch plans, oversee operations, manage risk and audits, and coach staff to achieve results while maintaining high engagement and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and banking products and services.
• Strong knowledge of branch policies, audit systems, and BSP/regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
