Metrobank Shaw CBC Center Branch in Mandaluyong seeks a Branch Head to lead daily operations, drive sales, and nurture customer relationships across the area. You will oversee service quality, risk controls, and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing team.

The role requires a decade of banking experience with at least five years in a supervisory capacity, a strong track record in sales and client management, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management

Position Title: Branch Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
• Master’s degree or relevant post- graduate studies is as advantage
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required
