Metrobank is seeking a Branch Head to lead branch operations and deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.

The role requires extensive banking experience, strong leadership, and a track record in sales generation. You will oversee branch operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance across the team, within Metrobank's network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive banking experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Position Title: Branch Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
• Master’s degree or relevant post- graduate studies is as advantage
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations. Including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
