The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership, with extensive banking operations experience and a commitment to Metrobank’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive banking experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and interpret information to derive insights, inform decisions, and explore unconventional solutions.
• Identify and contact potential customers to generate new business.
• Persuade customers to purchase products or services.
• Build connections with customers to establish trust.
