Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive banking experience with at least five years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Strong sales generation and client relationship management track record.
• Experience overseeing full branch operations including customer service, compliance, and risk management.

Position Title: Branch Head

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
• Master’s degree or relevant post- graduate studies is as advantage
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations. Including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
