Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or any related field.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by cross-selling relevant products.
• Implement marketing programs to attract new customers and increase wallet share.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee branch service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform governance, risk management, and compliance per bank policies.
• Uphold service standards using EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards.
