Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Store Manager (Branch Head) to lead a branch across Cebu, Iloilo, Roxas City or Tacloban City on-site. You will drive growth, build customer bonds, and mentor a sales team to exceed targets.

With a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in banking, you will oversee branch operations, ensure compliance, and implement programs that increase market share while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent banking role.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a sales team to meet targets.
• Good knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel by selling products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services.
• Implement marketing programs to promote products, acquire new customers, and maximize wallet share.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality to drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance/governance and risk management per bank policies and framework.
