EastWest Bank is seeking a Branch Relationship Officer to support Luzon Region stores. This on-site role focuses on retaining and growing client relationships, boosting deposits through personalized sales, cross-selling, and compliant service.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing and at least 3 years in sales and marketing of deposit products within banking; strong selling, negotiation, and client portfolio management; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven sales and marketing of deposit products within banking.
• Experience in Branch Banking operations or service delivery is a plus.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with active client portfolio preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention in line with the store's growth strategy.
• Grow assigned managed accounts by deepening client relationships and share of wallet.
• Promote and sell banking products to meet business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies (KYC, AML) and BSP Circulars.
• Maintain high standards in audit, risk, and customer service with client-centric engagement.
