Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling products/services.
• Grow relationships with existing clients and cross-sell.
• Implement marketing programs to attract new customers.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality.
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management per policy.
• Uphold service standards and EastWest pillars.
