The role focuses on selling bank products, deepening client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction through effective governance and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree, at least 2 years of relevant banking experience, and a proven ability to manage a sales team with strong communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within banking.
• Strong leadership and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven relationship-building ability.

Responsabilités

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients and offer suitable products.
• Implement marketing programs to attract new customers and increase wallet share.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform compliance, governance, and risk management per bank policies.
• Uphold EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards.
