NUBD WATER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY & SERVICES is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships. The role leads a team to meet targets and ensures efficient, compliant day-to-day activities.

The Branch Manager will develop strategies to boost revenue, manage KPIs, and coordinate with head office on promotions and branch needs. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in retail, sales, operations, or branch management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed branch sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver strong sales performance.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Conduct sales planning, team huddles, and performance reviews.
• Monitor branch KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and sales programs.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, cash handling, and other branch resources.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and branch performance reports.
• Train and develop staff on sales techniques, customer service, and company standards.
• Coordinate with head office regarding sales strategies, promotions, and branch requirements.
• Maintain a productive, organized, and professional branch environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
