• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail, sales, or branch operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Organized and capable of managing branch personnel and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and activities.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales and collection targets.
• Monitor branch performance, sales results, inventory, and expenses.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve goals.
• Ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch reports and requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and safeguard company assets.
• Submit required sales, collection, inventory, and operations reports on time.
• Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
