Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and banking services.
• Knowledge of BSP/other regulatory frameworks and audit systems.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strategic mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
